IOT-based intelligent LED lighting control system

Aiming at the wired and mechanical control methods of traditional lighting, this paper presents an LED intelligent lighting control system based on InternetOtTings (IOT) technology. The intelligent control module is embedded in the LED lighting terminal, and the integrated use of embedded technology, wireless sensor networks and the like Technology, to achieve intelligent, digital, wireless intelligent lighting control, but also has the environment temperature and humidity, light and other environmental parameters of the monitoring function.
With the popularization of LED lighting and the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, the demand for networking, intelligentization and energy saving of home life is becoming more and more intense. Modules such as household appliances, lighting fixtures, security alarm and so on, Integrated into the control platform for intelligent control and intelligent management.
With the development of the Internet of Things (IOT) industry, intelligent LED lighting has become an important part of the IOT.
This article provides intelligent LED lighting control system for the implementation of "green and intelligent lighting", using the Internet of Things technology, embedded technology, to achieve a variety of wireless lighting LED lighting control, and LED lighting within the scope of work Environmental illumination, LED lamps work status real-time monitoring, while the use of sensor technology to achieve LED lighting adaptive lighting and a variety of combinations of light color conversion, creating a comfortable, energy saving, safe light environment, the system block diagram such as Figure 1 shows:
System hardware design
The hardware design of the system includes two parts of LED lamp control terminal and touch panel for realizing intelligent lighting control of LED lamp; it mainly includes control module, communication module, LED driving module and power module.
(1) the main control unit hardware design
LED intelligent lighting control system main control unit LED lighting control terminal and data acquisition terminal composed of two parts. LED lighting control terminal to ARM processor STM32 as the control center, the power circuit, peripheral circuits, light sensors; data acquisition terminal by the temperature and humidity sensors, illumination sensor, PM2.5 sensor composition, the hardware circuit diagram shown in Figure 2 As shown.
(2) touch panel hardware design
Touch panel hardware circuit design based on a new generation of ARM processor STM8S to achieve, STM8S series processor comes with touch software library design, the use of capacitive charge transfer has its own characteristics, capacitive touch sensing can be achieved.
In the LED intelligent lighting control system, the main realization of the LED lighting switch button and scroll bar brightness adjustment design, the circuit diagram shown in Figure 3.
(3) ZigBee wireless communication module design
In order to realize the centralized management of LED intelligent lighting system and the environment monitoring function, this paper uses the ZigBee wireless module based on Internet of Things to form the communication network.
The system's Zigbee wireless communication module uses the CC2530 module, and the TI CC2530 is a true system-on-chip (SoC) CMOS solution. The solution will improve performance and adapt to band-based applications, and its low cost, low power requirements.
It combines a high-performance 2.4GHz DSSS (Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum) radio transceiver core and an industrial compact 8051 controller.
(4) power module design
Taking into account the design application in the home, and the family of the main power supply 220V AC main power supply, so the power module design requires the use of multiple discrete components to achieve different voltage output voltage regulator circuit, which 3.3V and 5V power supply first The switching power supply will be converted into 220V 12V DC power supply and then get. +12 V to +5 V using the LM2576 series of regulators, LM2576 can drive 3A load, excellent linearity and load adjustment capability, the + 5V power supply schematic diagram shown in Figure 4:
+ 5V to + 3.3V Using the AMS1117 voltage regulator, the AMS1117 can deliver 1A of output current with a minimum input voltage of 1V and an output of + 1V. Regulated by +5 V +3.3 V to the CPU and other chips, the + 3.3V power supply schematic shown in Figure 5.
System software design
System software design mainly to achieve intelligent LED lighting control and environmental data collection and transmission, through the use of ZigBee wireless communication network can achieve the centralized management of LED lamps and data acquisition capabilities.
In this paper, through the study of the relevant theoretical knowledge, LED lighting characteristics, the brightness of the LED lamps, color adjustment, adding brightness sensors, human detection sensors to achieve LED lighting system intelligent, digital and networked. The design of the system is reasonable in structure and takes full advantage of the smart lighting technology to achieve the demand of LED lighting applications. It has good developing ability, can save energy effectively, has practical promotion and application value, and has great market prospect.
